Daljac Medical has been charged with infringing on a Delhi High Court's judgment against the makers of AstraZeneca's popular allergy medicine, AstraZeneca I. V. AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals Ltd., which was not authorized to market the drug.

The court judgment in the case was entered on Wednesday, after the court found that AstraZeneca did not have valid and enforceable an offer to sell the drug and the manufacturers were not authorized to sell the medicine.
